Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers with displays, rotation, and inventory tracking. You’ll work to maximize sales opportunities and ensure stores run smoothly with friendly service.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Expected duties include building displays, assisting customers, and upholding safety standards in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also with team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
