Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to shape shopper experiences. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves and monitor inventory to maximize sales for our retailer partners.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. If you are 18+, reliable, with a customer-service mindset and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, join us to grow with our expanding team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Comfort with smartphones/tablets for recording work.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and stock levels.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
