Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape shopping experiences. You will support retailers with displays, end caps, shelf resets, and rotation, while tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as we provide training and team support. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and have 1–2 years merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
