Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Associate to drive sales through presentation and brand-aligned displays. You will merchandise products, set promotions, and assist with price changes while coordinating with the operations team for deliveries and new product placement.

You will contribute to a positive store culture, assist customers, and support peak traffic periods. The role is hourly and requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving store goals and daily priorities.
• Merchandise product using planograms, brand guides, and visual directives to ensure proper placement.
• Complete sale sets, markdowns, and price changes following standard procedures.
• Support store operations with receiving, truck processing, sensor tag application, damage processing, and RFID tasks.
• Maintain daily presentation standards by replenishing, pricing accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Organize sign holders, signage, markdown tools, fixtures, and stock to promote efficiency.
• Use training tools and feedback to improve knowledge of processes and store policies.
• Enhance in-store customer experience by greeting customers and assisting during peak times.
