Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in one store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and teammates, complete planograms, resets, price changes, and signage maintenance, and support other store tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store signage; ensure accurate price changes.
• Complete project-related measurements and planograms.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs; perform fixture resets.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customers in-store.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Support other duties as assigned and promote a safe work environment.
