Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute finish-to-start tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations across various merchandising tasks.

The role requires availability for varied shifts, physical work, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Reading, writing and counting skills are needed.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including promotional materials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
