In-Store Merchandising Specialist – Planograms & Signage

Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, complete planograms and resets accurately and on time, and support merchandising projects as needed while upholding safety standards and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Manager’s Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
• FAST Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
