Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in store, from planograms to signage and price changes, while assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and supporting store operations.

Essential duties include completing planograms, updates to signage, and maintaining planogram integrity, with regular attendance and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Price Cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
