Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandising assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service throughout your shift.

Shifts vary by store and are typically a minimum of 4 hours, with potential to exceed 10 hours. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is required to support store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs and ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers and team members in-store.
• Maintain sign and price change accuracy and update as needed.
• Communicate work progress and issues to District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
