Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service.

You'll interact with customers and teammates, complete planograms, set signage, assist with fixtures, and follow GURA guidelines to uncover needs and recommend products. Shifts vary, safety is emphasized, and you may perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reads, writes and counts accurately regardless of education level.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using store systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-directed with ability to complete assignments with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work shifts per business needs.
• Execute planograms, resets, price changes and signage accurately and timely.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs; support fixture installations.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe, productive environment and perform other duties as assigned.
