Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, complete planograms and resets, install signage, and follow the GURA method to meet store needs. Shifts vary and physical tasks are required, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
