Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning and executing planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, communicate proactively with supervisors, complete planograms accurately, and maintain planogram integrity while adapting to varying shifts, indoor/outdoor work areas, and a safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Complete store price changes accurately.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
