Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while maintaining planogram integrity.

Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred; strong communication, basic computer skills, and self-direction are valued. Shifts vary by store and location, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Update store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customer needs using GURA.
