Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow specific instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Courteous and professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Work independently and adapt to changing directions store-to-store.
• Proficient using a computer for planning, recording and emailing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior execution of merchandising elements of trade programs at retail.
• Place POS materials in retail stores to support programs and promotions.
• Reset in-store fixtures by following a plan-o-gram and re-merchandising.
• Repair or replace damaged shelf and signage components.
• Manage inventory of POS materials for merchandising execution.
• Count on-hand product inventory in retail stores.
• Ensure consistent and quality data collection.
• Use systems/tools to improve decision making.
• Execute plans visiting more stores to improve efficiency and contacts.
• Provide feedback on market plan development and execution.
• Promote engagement, collaboration, and inclusive behaviors.
