Altria Group Distribution Company is seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate for Camp Hill, PA. You will execute in-store merchandising plans, place POS materials, and reset fixtures to enhance the consumer experience while adhering to plans and timelines.

Responsibilities include inventory management, data collection, and collaboration with teams to optimize market plans. Local travel to accounts is required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Work independently and adapt to changing directions across stores.
• Proficient computer use for planning, recording, and emailing.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising elements of trade programs at retail.
• Place POS materials and merchandise products per plan.
• Reset and adjust in-store merchandising fixtures as needed.
• Repair damaged fixtures and maintain inventory of POS materials.
• Count on-hand product inventory at stores.
• Ensure data collection quality and use systems to improve decisions.
• Visit more stores to improve efficiency and customer contacts.
• Provide feedback on market plans and execution.
• Promote engagement, collaboration, and inclusive behaviors.
