Job summary

Altria Group Distribution Company is seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate (RMA) to enhance the in-store experience for consumers. The role focuses on managing POS materials, performing in-store resets, repairing fixtures, and maintaining accurate inventory and data collection.

You will travel to multiple stores to execute trade programs, place POS materials, reset fixtures, and provide feedback on market plans through collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Court eous and professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing directions.
• Proficiency with computer use for planning, recording, and communication via email and similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior execution of merchandising elements of trade programs.
• Place POS materials in retail stores to support trade programs and product initiatives.
• Reset in-store merchandising fixtures following plan-ograms, including labeling and restocking.
• Repair and replace damaged or broken shelf and signage components on existing fixtures.
• Maintain inventory of POS materials and ensure sufficient supplies for execution.
• Count on-hand product inventory in retail stores.
• Collect consistent and quality data to support decision-making.
• Use systems and tools to improve overall decision making.
• Travel to more stores to enhance efficiency and customer contact.
• Provide feedback on market plans and promote inclusive collaboration.
