Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is responsible for keeping store displays, pricing, and signage accurate so customers can locate merchandise easily. This role supports the Merchandising Services Team with planograms, resets, and visual merchandising while engaging with customers when opportunities arise.

The position focuses on non-customer-facing tasks most of the time, with occasional customer interaction and collaboration across store operations to improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items; pull, prep, and ship as required.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Staged clearance products to drive add-on sales across displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, or displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
