Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps align merchandising with store operations to deliver clear, inviting product displays. You’ll ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and accessible, with limited customer interaction most days.

You may assist customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and guiding product locations while supporting a safe, visually appealing store environment. This role offers a part-time schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic math and literacy required.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and team.
• Familiar with basic computer programs and online tools.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing information is clearly visible and labels are present.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair or replace damaged items and signage as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
