Job summary

Lowe's is looking for a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate across Lowe's stores. You will create visually appealing product presentations and support store operations for a great shopping experience.

Most work is back-of-house, with occasional customer interaction. You will assist customers when opportunities arise, share product information, and help locate merchandise in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with customers and team.
• Use web-based computer programs to complete tasks.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, and maintain digital signage data.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and present.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage or displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
