Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring displays, pricing, and signage are accurate for a great shopping experience in Lowe's stores. You will create eye-catching product displays, assist customers when needed, and support store teams in executing merchandising plans.

The role emphasizes routine merchandising resets, visual standards, and collaborative communication with managers.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use basic web-based tools to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital records.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair or replace damaged items, signage, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and schedule with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
