Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure our store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to find. You’ll create eye-catching product layouts that are safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Most work is on the sales floor with occasional customer interactions. You’ll listen to questions, share product information, assist in locating items, and support merchandising resets and planograms as part of the Merchandising Services

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain this information digitally.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned
