Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from planograms to price changes, while delivering legendary customer service. You will support fixtures, signage, and merchandising, interacting with customers and team members to keep shelves accurate and appealing.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset, with duties including planograms, price updates, signage maintenance, and PDQ assembly.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate progress with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
