Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and related merchandising tasks in-store. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while supporting fixture assembly and PDQ setup.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, ability to read/write/count, and flexibility for varied shifts. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs; maintain planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
