Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store setting. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain signage, perform price updates, and assist with product placement and merchandising to support store objectives and a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and storefront presentation.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote safety and adhere to company training.
