Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a single store, responsible for end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will assemble merchandise and fixtures, maintain signage, and support fixture and PDQ setup, working with a team to ensure a safe, productive store environment and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Assist with merchandise and fixture assembly and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
