Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will work in a single store to own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and adhering to safety guidelines. Flexibility and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service.
• Adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
