Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in one store, to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and ensuring planogram integrity, safety, and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; must read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and maintain signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and conduct routine store layout initiatives.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers and team members as needed.
