Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and support store operations.

Responsibilities include planogram execution, price updates, signage maintenance, and recovery of planogram integrity, while maintaining safety and attending to customer needs with proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting required.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Perform price changes and signage maintenance (circles, managers’ specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
