Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks in one store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and supporting store operations.

Experience in retail/merchandising is required; education is flexible. The role emphasizes dependable attendance, adaptability, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior retail and/or merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as scheduled by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
