Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in-store, handling planograms, signage and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service on the floor.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, performing measurements, and promoting a safe, efficient store environment. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Own planograms, signage, price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in-store.
