Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team and work primarily in a single store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, supporting store operations and ensuring planogram integrity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as scheduled by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Perform planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and saftey compliance.
• Prioritize customer needs and provide legendary service using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
