Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our field support team, primarily serving a single store. You will own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires the ability to read, write and count, and 18+ age; a high school diploma is preferred. Shifts vary and include physical duties in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Price Cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.
