Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. The role involves working in a single store to execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Required experience includes prior retail or merchandising work; 18+ years of age. A high school diploma is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Shifts vary and may exceed 4–10 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completed and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform measurements for projects and update store signage.
• Make customer a priority and provide legendary service in-store using GURA.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; PDQs and related items.
• Promote safety and a productive work environment.
