• Provide MOD coverage with floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, stock flow, and daily task prioritization.
• Execute planograms and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing accuracy, and promotions.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members; support asset protection.
