Job summary

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, policy execution, MOD coverage, truck and stock flow, and in-stock optimization to meet store targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience required.
• Experience driving merchandising and operational execution.
• Ability to manage workloads and lead a team to execute standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and service levels.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and floor replenishment.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Supervise Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready store environment.
