Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Cloverdale, OR is hiring an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory checks.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training, while promoting best-in-class customer service and safety in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll join a large network of teammates and take advantage of growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to work location

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs
• Build displays and end caps and rotate products
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
