The Retail Odyssey Company in Oceanside, Oregon is seeking an in-store merchandising support associate to help retailers meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable engaging customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
