The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Oregon to build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory. You will support store leadership with daily tasks and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service to shoppers.

This role offers training, opportunities for growth, and flexible hours. No prior experience required; must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to lead and train others when needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and reset shelves.
• Track inventory and support sales opportunities with retailers.
• Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
