• Schedule availability: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun starting at 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs via communication and relationship building.
• Stock shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Coordinate with sales reps to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture photos of displays and order product via iPad to keep stock.
• Implement Mondelēz merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
• Communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule from the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive attitude.
