Job summary

Mondelez in Brandon, FL is seeking a Merchandiser to fulfill merchandising needs through strong communication and relationship building. You will stock shelves, maintain displays, and represent Mondelez to in-store staff, collaborating with sales reps to boost product visibility.

You will visit stores per DSD steps, capture display photos, and order products via the iPad to ensure in-stock conditions. A positive, professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Brandon, FL
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Communicate issues with the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
