Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a FAST Team Member to own end-to-end in-store tasks, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while supporting other duties as needed.

Strong communication, problem-solving and basic computer skills are valued. Shifts vary and may be lengthy to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is expected.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (circulars, price cuts, managers’ specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers.
• Communicate progress and issues with store leadership.
