Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience and are 18+ with reading, writing, and counting skills. The role involves standing, lifting, and flexible shifts across multiple store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and store merchandising tasks.
• Perform price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service.
