Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while supporting merchandising tasks.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count accurately; the role is hands-on, with varied shifts and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circuits & Managers’ Specials.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
