Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members while maintaining attendance, working shifts, and supporting store operations. This role emphasizes a safe, productive environment and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities: Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Basic computer skills; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict; Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements and store price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and customer-focused service.
