Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. This role focuses on executing planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures within a single store while delivering legendary customer service.

You'll complete planograms, resets, price changes, and signage updates, assist with fixture assembly, and maintain signage accuracy. Strong communication and reliability are essential to support store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
