Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store including planograms, signage changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members, handling duties across price changes, signage maintenance, and PDQ assembly as part of a fast, flexible field support team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
