Job summary

The Webster in Atlanta seeks an Operations Manager to drive the consistent execution of in-store practices, balance front-of-house and back-of-house duties, and partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations.

You will lead inventory processes, loss prevention, vendor coordination, and the ongoing development of the store team, while analyzing sales data to shape business plans and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of retail operational experience.
Luxury retail experience preferred.
Ability to manage store operations and inventories.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work opening/closing shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

Drive consistent execution of store operations in partnership with Store Manager.
Ensure compliance with policies through collaboration with Retail Ops, Inventory, Finance and stores.
Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and store transfers.
Oversee loss prevention and annual inventory processes.
Develop store business plans to drive sales and KPIs and CRM initiatives.
Coach and develop store team with regular touchpoints.
Monitor sales data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Maintain brand standards across front and back of house.
