Ace Home Services is seeking an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores in Prescott, AZ. Thispart-time position involves engaging shoppers, scheduling Free Estimates for Heating & A/C replacements, and setting appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups, all while delivering professional service.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment
Reliability, integrity, and a team‑first mindset
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Work in‑store at partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (not remote or call-center)
Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements
Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups (think “oil change” for your A/C system)
Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy
