ACE Home Services is seeking an in-store Lead Generator to engage shoppers at select Big Box Home Improvement locations in Prescott, AZ. This part-time role focuses on scheduling Free Estimates for heating and cooling upgrades and setting appointments for seasonal tune-ups inside a retail environment.

Ace Home Services is hiring anIn-Store Lead Generatorto represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great fit.

What you will do:

• Work in-store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call-center role)


• Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements


• Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups (think "oil change" for your A/C system)


• Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy

Schedule and Shift:

• We are looking forPart time


• The Sales Appointment Setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores


• The ability to work weekends is required.

• $15-18 per hour guaranteed, with commission up to $32 hourly
