Job summary

Ace Home Services is hiring an in-store Sales Appointment Setter to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores in Flagstaff, AZ. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great fit.

In this role you will work in-store at partner locations (this is not remote) and engage shoppers to schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements, plus appointments for seasonal tune-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment.
• Reliability, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements.
• Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups.
• Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy.
• Work in-store at partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (not remote).
• The Sales Appointment Setter will float between Prescott and Prescott Valley stores.
